Cooking with Friends

Invite up to 7 friends and join me in my kitchen to experience the joy of connecting with others while creating and enjoying a nutrient-dense, delicious meal. Leave with leftovers, new recipes and easy health tips that you will remember. You and your friends can determine the focus of the workshop ahead of time. Some suggestions include:  Eating to support: a healthy heart; a healthy brain; happy hormones; osteoporosis; decreasing inflammation and acidity; food sensitivities; your immune system; healthy children and teens.

Cupboard Cleanse & Shop

Let me help you get started on your health journey! I will come to your home and we will determine what to look for on food labels, and how to stock a healthy kitchen. We can shop together and I will help you organize your nutrient dense food so that it is easily accessible. Recipes will be provided.

Family Cooking Classes

Connect as a family and learn how to make nutrient-dense meals in your own kitchen. I will bring everything needed to create a complete meal, including snacks. Additional recipes, a meal plan with a shopping list and preparation instructions are all included.

I would love to come to your event! I can speak to any size group about a variety of nutritional topics, leaving you with easy, instant impact and tips on learning to listen to what your body needs, how to nourish your body and soul, how to stimulate all senses, and how to make food with love and share it with joy.

Eat a variety of colours and flavours at every meal. Eat nutritionally dense food as much as possible. Eat organic, locally grown, non-GMO, unprocessed food whenever possible. And…eat the rest in moderation, without guilt!
